She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.

I think it’s important to express yourself simply for peace of mind.
But make sure you engage in conversation with people who are open to truth and spiritual adjustments. Otherwise, you’ll make yourself very unhappy expressing yourself to people who refuse to take common sense seriously.

Sadly, much of the population don’t equate lung cancer with the emotions, rather it’s seen as a ‘smoker’s disease’ but that is further from the truth.
There is research out linking depression and anxiety with lung cancer. For anyone who is struggling mentally, please talk about how you feel.
When you don’t express yourself you live a life full of baggage. Eventually you lose your true self and in that sense this quotes makes a lot of sense.

That’s absolutely right. We should all talk, we should all express ourselves. The more we’re at one with ourselves, the more we can.
