Something inspirational:
"Sharing what you feel and what’s real for you may be scary… but every time you hold back truth, you make fear more important than love. This is why the depth of your ability to love will always be mirrored by your ability to be honest. It’s really as simple as that."

I think lots of us have difficulty being honest with ourselves, in a self-sabotaging way and I agree this impacts on our relationships.
At times, being honest it's risky, but at the same time we ought to be honest with ourselves. If we're not honest with ourselves, we cannot be honest with others.
Absolutely. Yes, you're right. Not being honest with ourselves is self-sabotaging and where does it stop?
