Boy, isn't that true. I wasted most of my life trying to avoid it, which defeated the purpose of living!
The only way that would work, is if I moved back to the area where I was born and became a hermit. The reality is that I do have family and friends that have lives that I want to be a part of, seeing as I have missed out on so much already.
You have helped me tremendously, by sharing how much you have been through and have made the best of things. I am truly grateful that I have stopped avoiding life and have come to get to know such amazing people like you.
Thanks Randy. You're more than welcome and thank you for your support.
Yes, there is very much a lesson here for us all. When anyone chooses to avoid dealing with their issues or admit they have any, they avoid life.
You're right it does defeat the purpose of our lives, why we're here, living and the fact that we will miss out on so much more. We all have issues. Do we really navigate life unscathed? Sadly, no.
I agree with Randy that you have helped your readers navigate life. With every blog, you do this by emphasizing purpose, steering us away from weakness through mindfulness.
Life hurts, which is why many of us try to avoid it, by choosing what's comforting. I think it's okay to live in a calmer space.
The challenge is to find peace without losing our souls in the process, The CP Diary helps us do just that.
Thanks Tim. Yes, to do that, I tap into the universe every day so that we all have the facts, based on what is happening in the world, and through my own personal blogs, my experiences.
I emphasise purpose as you say, so that we can make significant changes, and so that we can find peace in our lives. But where we tap into 'earthly traits' we often lose our souls. In Covid-19 it is important to change.
The irony is that yes, life hurts. I have lived that life, but in Covid-19 where I continue to struggle with mental health issues, there isn't a day go by where I try to find a safe-calming space to hang out.
We have to want to care, and make a difference, for us to be a support. In Covid-19 these are exactly our lessons.
