She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.

The truth seems to be in very short supply, even world leaders who don't want to know the truth.
If they had dealt with the truth in the beginning we wouldn't be dealing with so many problems now. At the moment we're dealing with a President who people seem to think has done such a fantastic job running our country.
I find it insulting to my intelligence that we live in a world where people get rewarded for their bad behavior and punished for trying to do good. Seriously, what is wrong with that picture?
It has been very difficult for me to not become resentful. I have watched this happen time after time, when I have tried to be a nice guy which hasn't got me anywhere.
They have the expressions of "Nice guys finish last and no good deed goes unpunished!" which seems to be the truth in my experience.
I didn't grow up in a world that was candy coated like it is today. My truth has become very clear, I was brainwashed into believing that my purpose in life was to take care of everyone else before myself, when that wasn't the truth at all.
Right now I just want to find out what my own truth really is and to finally feel like it's okay for me to be happy for once in my life.

What is happening with the pandemic is on all of us. We have the pandemic because we're not learning our lessons, we're failing to look at the whole as the natural world is dying around us.
Even if the good aren't being punished, the good are sometimes overlooked, as another good friend said of my work. Although I don't need my work to be validated in that way, it's lovely when you have it.
I am grateful. If and when validation comes, it helps you to know that what you're doing is what people want and it's right.
We must all be open, honest and transparent. Not to, goes against what the universe expects. But no matter the situation, truth must prevail, so that we can all start to build on trust.

Honoring men instead of truth has left the masses spiritually paralyzed, corrupt and sick.
