  1. Fundamentally, we don't grow well through ease and comfort so some struggles can be helpful if, as this quote says, we should look at the bigger picture and the purpose of those struggles, difficult though that can be at the time.

The problem is many lack the insight to see the reason for their struggles and they only see the struggles. Your literature through your blog and your books, enlighten us, and show us what insightfulness looks like.

We would do well to embrace your literature and buy your books.

    1. We can all tap into insightful practices. A practice that if continually used, can bring about the most peace.

If we all used it, how much better the world would look and feel. For those of us who use its practices, we do so with understanding that we are responsible for what we put out there and we are accountable also.

Insightful practices, isn't difficult to do. When you remove the clutter in your mind, and you seek quiet within, you shall start to listen to that inner voice.

I have sourced understanding and clarity about my own life through insightful practices. I couldn't write my blogs, or have written my books without it.
