  1. This quote says it all really. We are moulded by our past but the future is ours to make our own.

That's what so great about your website. Your site shows us how we can turn things around and change things and that we have the power in ourselves to do these things and you show us how to unlock that in your blogs.

    1. Awww thank you. Even through my dark days I never gave up hope that one day I would find out what was wrong with me. Tomorrow was always another day for me. I have to agree with you.

We have a past, but we also have a future and we have to make sure that happens, regardless of what we've had to deal with.

As I have proved and with my site, we can make a difference and change our lives. I'm so pleased my site helps and you think it's making a difference.

  2. My past did exactly what it was designed to do; it fed my soul. It's the chains and images of the past that sometimes keep us in bondage.

    1. I think you're right Tim. That is exactly what our past does, but for those of us who feel our past is too difficult it tends to work the opposite way.

We either run away from our past, deny we have a past that we're struggling with, or blame others and continue to blame others, without dealing with anything.

It is important to understand our past, but not be defined by it. When the past feeds our soul, it has done its job.
