She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.

Thank you. Yes it is true. But I still believe we must all try. Sadly, we're often too wrapped up in our own issues to think about helping anyone else.

I believe that helping people gives us connections in much higher places. I have no firsthand knowledge of that but I assume.
