Ilana Estelle is a mental health and wellbeing advocate who combines educational insight with her personal experience of living with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities.
She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.
In addition to writing for The CP Diary, her work has appeared in healthy lifestyle magazines.

Thanks, yes I would say we do it more than often and is often the reason for our own downfall; hopefully not to rockbottom status though. I think given the current economic climate the majority of us do worry more.
Worry definitely seems to have taken precedence over other natural mental states such as peace and happiness. We're definitely more stressed about things.

I believe we've taken to worrying more than we ever have. Worrying tends to come from uncertainty and life gives us that. The shadows are bigger uncertainties; particularly when things seem bigger than they really are.

We're all human, so we all succumb to human conditions, worrying is one of them. But I think we're a little too hard on ourselves sometimes.
