Thanks Tim. I agree with you. Yes, it's okay to stumble. In fact it's more than okay to stumble. Without stumbles, we may learn very little and may also go on to make more mistakes.
As you have said, your stumbles have led you to a 'pretty good place in life.' I too have had pretty big stumbles. Without those, I would never have done what I have.
Like you, my stumbles made me stronger, more determined.
Thanks. Yes, it depends on why you're stumbling. Often if we go into something head first without giving it due attention, we can stumble.
But I also believe that if what we're intending to act on is well thought through, there is little reason as to why you would stumble. This is where intuition helps and couple that with a plan, you should be good to go.
Having been socialized to a subordinate mindset in my youth, I thought stumbles were just clumsy failures of a clumsy kid.
It never occurred to me that those stumbles would eventually lead me to a pretty good place in life.
