A passing thought:

Are you one of those people that find it hard to slow down? Are you impatient or constantly on the go? Then why not try something herbal like the Australian Bush Essence, Black-eyed Susan. Put around 4 drops into a bottle of water and sip periodically throughout the day. This will enable you to slow down; as you begin to reach that still centre within; inner guidance and calmness.

  1. My brother and his oldest daughter are always on the go. They never stop. Makes me tired just watching them.

    1. Ditto. I know one or two people myself who are exactly like that too. I never tire watching them, just wish I had more! Thanks for posting Randy.

    1. I think you could Lisa. If you retrained your thoughts to think a different way, I think you would learn how to slow down in time.

We all follow patterns of what we know and continue to do. I am sure the Bush remedy, Black-eyed Susan would help.
