    1. Thank you for the shout out. I know they are my books, but I also know what's gone into them and how they can help us move on mentally and emotionally.

      I'm smiling as I liken my books to the 'Ronseal' paint advert, originating back to the popular phrase, 'It does exactly what it says on the tin.' It (my books) does exactly what it says on the tin.
