Nice quote. To me, responsibility means being accountable for our own actions and words and claiming that when necessary. At times it must also mean accepting the consequences, when we get it wrong.
Unfortunately, we have few responsible role models nowadays (I can think of a handful) as most people are too busy blaming others.

Where governments aren't taking responsibility, they must. They must lead by example, because people follow their lead. Although we're not off the hook and upbringing is relevant, we learn by example.
We must all take responsibility for what we put out there and how we behave with each other. The universe is relying on us to work together, to come together and for the greater good.
