  1. I like this little quote. We all have broken pieces and making peace is an enabler to healing those broken pieces through emotional wounds.

    1. Thank you. Yes, it's to the point. We do all have broken pieces, there must have been a massive gaping hole in my psyche. But broken pieces aren't something readily admitted or spoken about.

I talk about them, because it's important. We all need to be okay with our experiences with our past.

We should all reach the same conclusion on mental health so that we can deal with what we have to deal with, around mental health issues.

  2. Every single time I visit this site, I find myself frozen in thought.

Making peace with my broken pieces is far better than thinking about the shattered portions of my life.

My mind will surely remember this quote.

    1. Thanks Tim. Yes, we all have broken pieces.

How different the world would look and feel if we all took the time to make peace with our broken pieces, rather than ignore the fact that we have them.

There is only so much I can say on my blog to help us turn our thoughts and fortunes around. Each of us have to put the work in for ourselves.

But it would be prudent for us all to think about that.
