Life ticks over, but it may still be an uphill struggle, particularly in times of trauma, or a crisis. We may react differently in those times, but we can also react better when we are able to assess, tackle and deal with things as soon as they arise.

Others, however may completely fold under the pressure, or may need a little longer to deal with their issues, particularly if the issue they’re dealing with seems out of their depth, or is perhaps a little daunting.

In those circumstances, it may be easy for mental blocks to form, stopping us from getting to the point of seeing solutions to problems clearly. It is important to stand back so that we may assess our issue objectively.

Issues can often seem like an uphill struggle, particularly if we’re dealing with more than one issue. In those times, it is important to stand back.

  1. Some people hide from their trauma. I think the best way to deal with it, is like you have. Be open and get it out.

Hiding only prolongs the suffering and pain we feel. Being open to others and getting help, helps a lot I think.

It's been tough on all of us.

  2. From my experience of dealing with trauma, the air of despondency that usually surrounds trauma clears and is replaced with an air of positivity.
