As we  journey through life, our journey will either act as a blessing, a lesson, or a regret. But never regret your journey, or feel guilty for the encounters you make, because those encounters will teach you what you need to know.

Never regret the people you come into contact with. Those people will either test you, teach you, use you, or show you how not to do things.

Be sure to look out for the good ones though, the ones that inspire. They’re the ones who will walk into your life, when others have simply chosen to walk out.

  1. Thank you Ilana! This is a great reminder to us all, to remember this when trying to get through our own personal journey's of life.

    1. You're welcome. Thanks Bonnie!! Without your kindness I couldn't write what I write. We support each other through that journey.

  2. My journey has one long strange trip to put it mildly. For so long I have looked at my life as a curse and a burden! If it wasn't for my daughter's sake, I don't think I would have fought so hard to continue living!

There was just so much guilt, shame and remorse piled on to my life by my parents that it's no wonder I found it so hard to function. They only showed us how to survive, but nothing about really being able to live.

I have come to the point where I half jokingly like to say that I can tell people what not to do. You are definitely one of the 'Good Ones,' who has inspired me to deal with my life.

I'm so very grateful to have connected with you, since there aren't many people who I actually do relate to.

    1. You're welcome. I'm so pleased and proud that you have become inspired. Given my experiences, I know it's not easy to be inspired, but it doesn't matter how we get there, it's just important we do.

The CP Diary represents all that is good and change. You're in the right place. We support each other Randy, thanks.

  3. Life is risky for everybody Ilana, but you gave us a chance to show the world what's really in us by way of your site. You have raised the window when everything felt tight and suffocating; I know I was hardly breathing before.

So since I'm a little clumsy with my journey, I'll continue to read this site over and over again until I evolve.

    1. Awww thanks Tim. When I read your responses I see a person that has evolved. There may be days where you feel less evolved and more clumsy, but hopefully as you journey more, you will evolve more and be less clumsy.

It's my pleasure Tim. Thank you for being such a support for me too. I couldn't do this without you.
