"Is everyday life a challenge? Does the world and its problems get you down? Then spirituality could offer the answers you’re looking for.
Ilana Estelle grew up not knowing she had a disability, not knowing she had cerebral palsy… and it took forty-six years for her to find out. Spirituality has helped Ilana on her journey and in her new book 'Spirituality, Healing and Me,' she uses her experience of mental and physical disability in the healing process to create positivity and healing for others.
A book packed with inspiring messages
Packed with inspiring messages and real-life vignettes, Ilana’s book shows how spirituality can help us cope with the modern world and reset our moral compass. Based on her own experiences of spirituality and healing, she shows how focusing on values such as understanding, compassion, tolerance, creativity and acceptance can help us find our inner calm.

This is a timely reminder of just how powerful the messages are in your books. I have looked at self-help books for many years, but in all honesty these 'how to' books just don't help, whereas your inspiring messages borne out of your own experiences are in a different league altogether.
In the pandemic, many seem to have become tight-lipped. My advice to anyone reading this, is to buy your books, help look after their mental health while helping charities benefit through your donations.
What's not to like?
I have seen a lot of change around mental health, but none so much as I see today. The pandemic has not only changed mental health, but it has also changed us.
That said, we can pull back, we can start to take control of our mental health, we can start to change how we perceive and deal with each other, with our lives.
The biggest thing that needs to change is politics. It is single-handedly dividing, not only opinions, but people. I have heard it said many times, through social media, through conversations had, how we have changed.
Where both of my books help, 'Spirituality, Healing and Me' is particularly helpful in these times.
Throughout my life, I have always gone with, I'll go with something if it can make me feel better. Never really found it, but my book is that thing.
