Ilana Estelle is a mental health and wellbeing advocate who combines educational insight with her personal experience of living with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities.
She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.

I agree with this. We learn and grow from our experiences and mistakes.
Thanks Lisa, that's true but unfortunately not all of us will use our experiences and mistakes to change our lives.
When we put our experiences into practice to change elements of our lives, that's when we grow.
Great quote. I have always said the acquisition of knowledge for its own sake is worthless.
It is what we do with that knowledge that adds value to us. Unfortunately society generally thinks otherwise.
I agree with you, although I think people don't always know or understand how life or knowledge works.
As a whole, if we took more time to understand and think about things, before we acted, we'd understand more.
