Wheat, Gluten and Dairy Free Fudge

'Today's recipe is adapted from Realfood Tesco.com'

Ingredients:

½ cup Peanut or Almond Butter

½ cup Creamed Coconut

½ cup Unsweetened Cocoa

¼ cup Set Honey

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

½ tsp Sea Salt

1/2 -1 cup Extra Goodies (e.g. chopped nuts or dried fruit)

Method:

Warm the set honey and creamed coconut in a small saucepan until melted

Combine all ingredients in a food processor until mixed well

Add your favourite chopped nuts or dried fruit

Press the mix into a plastic freezer safe container

Place it in the freezer for around half an hour, until the mixture is firm.

Remove from the freezer, pop out of the container, and cut into squares,

ready for eating

Store in the fridge

    1. Yes, the best recipes are usually made with ingredients that are literally thrown together. I agree it looks amazing. It's a bonus that it's also dairy free too.
