I never understood what mum meant when she said: ‘god helps those who helps themselves,' but given what we’re all dealing with, we need to help ourselves. Hopefully through my blog, you should find some comfort.

Mental Health Challenges

It is clear, more that it has ever been, that we're not where we were with our mental health, say 6 or 7 years ago. The UK got Brexit done and the world is facing its biggest challenges for survival through the pandemic and climate change. For most of us, we couldn’t wait to get back into our lives and the pandemic has now become an inconvenience.

Lockdown and Pandemic issues

Through lockdown, people couldn’t wait to get back into their lives, with no real thought being put into understanding what the virus meant, or how we all needed to change, once we were allowed to get back out into our lives.

What I write is a force for good. Through the universe and through my writing, I point out what it is we should know, so that we can live better lives and so that we can leave the world in tact, for future generations to come.

But for that to happen, we all need to put the effort in and change the way we think about how we live and how we get to live our lives. As the experts' continue to wade in, it's not going to happen without us putting the effort in, also. This is where my books can help, they serve as a tool, a guide; a reference point to a better lifestyle, a better way of living, becoming better people.

Part review for Cerebral Palsy: ‘A Story’ Finding the Calm After the Storm

“This is a read not just for those with similar conditions, but for anyone seeking to discover just how much a full positive mindset and a never-say-die attitude can give you the strength to not just manage, but to overcome.

Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ inspirational stars for a read that will make you cry, give you hope, and cheer for the courage of this magnificent woman.” – Mark Carnelley

My Books in Covid-19

In Covid, Cerebral Palsy: ‘A Story’ Finding the Calm After the Storm and ‘Spirituality, Healing and Me’ give us hope that we can renew, we can do better, be better than we were yesterday and continue in our lives with hope, and with a new understanding of how we can live successful lives.

Challenges are Universal

Mum used to say, ‘you get one crack at life,’ how true and on point her words were. The challenges we face are universal. They belong to each of us, we are all responsible. We are all facing difficulties, those may seem separate, but they are not. We need to unite, to come through to support and help one another.

We are all guardians of our world

We are all guardians of our world. My writing is based on intuitive practices based on what we all deal with. It is important to act on what you deal with.

  1. Without change everything stands still, stagnates and eventually dies. Although some people are uncomfortable with change, many aren't thinking about the world in its bigger context.

It requires thinking and action outside our comfort zone, time is running out. Without change there is no personal growth.

I go back to your books because they are a guiding light, at a time when we should all be embracing the need to change and confront the challenges we face individually and as a society.

    1. Thanks. Yes, change requires thinking and action outside our comfort zone. It's important, even more so in Covid-19.

My books can be the initial change to us changing how we respond to the planet and living more positive lives. It's a win win for us, and the planet.
