The world will function without moral integrity, but it'll be chaos. It certainly won't function well. Moral integrity is something we should all have. Without people holding themselves to account for their decisions, there will always be consequences for others.

This is what no moral integrity looks like

We're seeing it everyday through UK politics, decisions on Brexit, the cost of living crisis and Covid-19. Three years in and for many the pandemic is continuing to affect their mental health and their lives through others' decisions. Lifting all precautionary measures, particularly for those who are vulnerable and with mental health issues has left them even more isolated. We haven't been told the pandemic is over and the virus has gone, therefore we should still be vigilant.

Care about your mental health

While we cannot change the outcome now on all those catastrophic events, but if you care about your mental health, you can help change the outcome on your mental and physical health. So, why not take a little time to read through my blogs, or to buy any of my books, just head over to 'My Books' on the home page.

If you haven’t started to deal with your mental health, now would be a good time. There is no bad time to deal with mental health. Without good mental health there is no good physical health. It's not something you should ignore.
