If you keep a negative attitude you will not win. I think being positive makes things go the way you want most of the time.
Being negative will only deepen bad feelings which will get you no where. Being positive is healthy and helps in so many ways, even can make illness better than it is, possibly curing it.

I tend to look at the bigger picture on what I'm dealing with, that always helps. If we work on the assumption that things happen for a reason and that there is always a bigger picture, we will have more reason to keep going.
Try to look forward and beyond what you're dealing with and you will move forward. I am a firm believer that works.
