The following reviews complete the successful review tour for my book, Spirituality, Healing and Me with @literallypr.

What a beautiful book to read when going through a challenging time such as a relationship breakdown or health scare. This felt like a nourishing bowl of inspiration, healing and positivity for the heart and soul.

I am amazed by the fact that the author, Ilana Estelle @thecpdiary grew up not knowing she had a disability; it took forty-six years for her to find out that she was living with cerebral palsy. Spirituality helped Ilana on her journey, and I feel like her experiences can be a guide for others seeking spirituality, positivity, and healing support.

From karma to anger management, to understanding how spirituality and religion are not the same, this is a very positive book to dip in and out of to help you build a more spiritual mindset and approach to life and its hurdles along the way.

I'd say this is more of a beginners' guide to spirituality and healing but would also make a good 'refresher' for anyone who feels they need to get back onto a more positive path."

"I recently got sent a copy of Spirituality, Healing & Me by Ilana Estelle, and wanted to deliver a truthful review on how I found Ilana’s second book.

Ilana uses her own personal journey to share wisdom in this latest book, and as somebody has faced many a challenge, including her own battle with Cerebral Palsy and being diagnosed in her forties – the topic of spirituality and healing couldn’t be more apt.

As soon as I started the first chapter, I was completely in awe of Ilana’s personal thoughts and feelings on the taboo subject of death. Death is actually my biggest fear, and it caused many of my panic attacks over the years, so when I received help from a hypnotherapist on dealing with my panic attacks, I ended up identifying the root of my anxiety. The root stemmed back to my childhood when I was diagnosed with ITP, a rare blood disorder and sister disease to leukaemia. Without realising, the implications of how this period of my life made me feel was – scared, unsure and like I was going to die.

Spirituality has always been a big part of my life, including having crystal healing treatments as a child. So I can totally relate to Ilana’s messages throughout this book about finding her spirituality – physically and emotionally.

Spirituality, Healing and Me is a book that I will always keep in my bookshelf – as it’s a timeless book that I could pick up again and again to find solutions, enlightenment and new personal discoveries."
