It’s taken me a long time to go out of the house due to illness and other problems, so it’s not surprising I feel a little dispirited today.

I managed a couple of hours yesterday afternoon; then went out to dinner with family and came back feeling slightly poorly with digestion problems that kept me up for some of the night. I’ve had a blood test done and will find out the results in the next couple of weeks, to see which foods are contributing to my reflux problems.

I’ve clearly still got a long way to go, but feeling optimistic that I should be able to lead a more normal life, once I find out which foods are causing me to struggle with my health.
