In Cerebral Palsy: 'A Story' I use my experiences and lessons to create inspiring messages about mental and physical health, positivity, resilience and change. I have also written a book about living in 'Covid times' that sheds light on our experiences.

How My Book Can Help

If you’re struggling to get your head around the virus, if you’re struggling to get your head around social isolation for any length of time,  if you’re worrying about how to tackle certain situations, then Survival: The Covid Years – Time for Change book can help.

Tackling Mental Health

Through my ability to rationale, over the years, tackling my own mental health became has become easier. It is important to tackle mental health. We don't have to mentally stay where we are, we can all start to change, just by recognising the need for us to make positive steps.

My Books

My books can help with perceptions around your thinking and change. It is distinct and individual and allows the reader to think about, recognise and understand their issues and what they deal with, showing them that it’s their own understanding that can help them bring about the necessary mental and emotional change on what they deal with, particularly in difficult times.

My Book and its Many Messages

My book incorporates messages, strategies that allow you to think about how you perceive and change your own thought process, for you to be happier in your life in your relationships. Intuitively, anyone and everyone can relate their own experiences to mine, in a way that helps them understand their own set of circumstances and experiences.

The subject matter, content and delivery are motivating and engaging, open and honest with plenty of personal reflections and messages that keep us focused and engaged in the moment and what we have to deal with.

  1. These are difficult times indeed, but your book can be felt in this moment. People curl up in isolation and let you speak to them directly, you take them to a place of peace.

So make no mistake about it, your book is taking root. It's the calm during the storm.

    1. Awww thanks Tim. I'm happy, you're happy with my book. When you refer to it and say, 'it's the calm during the storm' - it's also my go to place.

It helps me function too in a place of peace and that allows us to continue to help each other on this journey, I call 'life.'

    1. That's kind. Yes, I didn't know I had the words in me, until it happened.

But so happy with the result of the book and having such positive feedback. Tim's and your thoughts mean the world to me.
