A Heartfelt Pause in the Journey

I’m struggling to comprehend the enormity of seeing my twin's health decline. My head's not quite in the zone, so right now I am unable to commit to my monthly 'exercise' blog. I'll do my best.

I should be able to get a recipe out by the end of the month, fingers crossed. It's the first time in years, I have struggled to add to my monthly blogs. Luckily, since I started The CP Diary 12-years ago, I have always blogged in advance on my more general blogs, so I still have more of those that I can put out on the site.

Please bear with me and please pray for us…
