While each blog I write represents a new way of thinking, which moves me on to a new thought process, I can see how my blogs could leave us feeling overwhelmed, as there are 7 years of blogs to read through. There are a lot of blogs.

Although a cerebral palsy diagnosis late on, was my reason for starting my blog and I still periodically blog about what I deal with around my disability, the CP Diary is now a lifestyle, health and wellbeing blog that has the capacity to change the way we think and see our lives and each other.

Each blog gives us a step by step guide to a more positive lifestyle and life. Each blog is also uniquely expressed and individual, so they don’t need to be read in the order they're written.

Going back to read my blogs, will always reinforce a more positive thinking and lifestyle from us, that will help us to change and move forward with our lives.

  1. I dip in and out of your blogs all the time, whenever I have a few spare minutes during the day.

It works this way as there is a common theme of change and positivity in all your blogs.

    1. Thank you. I also tend to dip in and out of my site. In an uncertain world, my blogs bring me comfort, clarity and understanding. I love it.

  2. I have absorbed enough of your blogs to know that I come here because I need to. It's the power of your blogs that makes me want to say this out loud!

So as I sit here sipping my coffee, I'm feeling pretty grateful of the understanding you've brought into my life, by way of your heart and the Diary.

    1. You're welcome. I'm so pleased Tim. That might be, but I couldn't do everything I do without your support.

I may write and bring clarity to our lives through my understanding of my own life and experiences, and how I see those; but The CP Diary is very much a team effort and always will be.

All of our responses on the site make it so.
