Given my experiences and difficulties around a disability I didn’t know I had, it was important and necessary to know and be able to talk about my disability.

For anyone who deals with something, others should be okay with it. We’re spiritual beings having a human experience and part of being human is talking about how we feel. In a world that is changed, it is important to talk about how you feel.

My Story

My Story’ is a one off, it's raw, unchanged, and unaltered. What I write about is the raw nuts and bolts. I wanted to be able to begin to feel better. I feel better.

When something doesn't feel right our behaviour changes. Antisocial norms as they're called, keep us from engaging in uncomfortable issues and moments that can lead to real and significant change.

Cerebral Palsy: 'A Story'

It is true. This is why my writing helps me, why my Book Cerebral Palsy: A Story 'Finding the Calm After the Storm' can help you too. My book paves the way for us to understand life, in the whole, through my universal practices, which affect us all.

For those like me who have autism, life ‘locks us away.' and I never understood that. I know it is why I retreated into my own little world without stopping to think about what was happening around me.

It is because my emotions are extensively impaired that I could never contain or place my thoughts, or rationale my thoughts. Luckily, my writing brings me out of that.

The Universal Energy

As a child, I could see what was going on around me, but I wasn’t always able to make the connections with those experiences. Where autism locked me away, in a way it also protected me. In terms of the universe, although our experiences are different, we are all part of the universal energy.

  1. Yours is a life worthy of a story and your story is a light in a dark tunnel to guide us all. It deserves a place in all our minds. I cannot recommend your book highly enough.

    1. Thanks. Yes, from your words to people's minds, I hope they too will pick up the book.

My book gives us a different way to think about our thoughts, so that we can move forward and make changes.

It is particularly relevant to Covid-19 times. I hope they do.
