This is something I've had teach myself, never having had choices as a child. I think it can take time to recognise our choices, or at least know which choice will be the best choice for us to make.
Sometimes a gut feeling points the way or knowing which choice you don't want, sometimes paves the way to a better choice. Just a thought!
