Spirituality is a guide that helps us to direct our attention to a specific, often inward-looking reflection that if continued to be practiced, gives us the answers and the peace we need.

Through centuries of spiritual practices, spiritualists also continue to use contemplative practices to increase their self-awareness, as well as being able to quieten the mind through spiritual contemplation.

When continually used, spirituality encourages positivity, empathy, compassion, respect and tolerance. It promotes self-care, and self-fulfillment. Practising spirituality helps us think about our own wants and needs without the ego, but it also encourages us to think about others also.

Those who are spiritual want to do and be better. They are happier, they want for less, their lives are less cluttered. They are open and honest about everything. They have no time for tittle tattle.

Also, if continually practiced, spirituality can be the catalyst for self-healing. Those who practice spirituality concentrate on their internal values and work on becoming better people. They have meaning and a purpose to their lives, and without the ego.

Spirituality is a means to finding the essence of your true self. Others may use it as a desire to have a connection with their higher consciousness. The more spiritual you are, the more self-fulfilled you are, the more you may have peace.

  1. After reading your literature, I’m pretty sure your readers will emerge from a better place, revived and breathing all over again.

You write extensively about spirituality, instead of instilling fear and negativity in your readers. That’s the only way we will survive in these turbulent times.

I encourage everyone to read your writings, it will only result in a higher level of consciousness.

  2. Thanks Tim. Yes, you’re right, it will help readers emerge from a better place, revived and breathing all over again as you say.

Where you say, ‘I encourage everyone to read your writings’- I hope people are encouraged to pick up a copy of my books. My writings bring encouragement, clarity and understanding, in a world that is confusing and disordered.

Spirituality, Healing and Me isn’t a cover to cover book in the way other books are. To get the best out of the book, it is important to read and reread.

It’s the type of book that you dip in and out of, to think about how its contents can be applied in daily life, around your own values.

Spirituality is a lifestyle choice, that if incorporated into your daily life can bring you the most understanding around how everything works and can be adapted into your every day.

The reality is people run away from Spirituality, with very little knowledge about knowing what it really means and how it can play out in our lives.

But the truth is, it’s innate in all of us, we just need to unlock it. Spirituality, Healing and Me, provides you with all the tools you need for that to happen and to help you change, to live better lives, being better people.
