Defining, living with and communicating our core values will mean nothing, if those values don't push us into living better lives.

When I look back on my childhood, it wasn’t the things my mum said once that were of the most value, but the things she continually repeated. Morals must be frequently use, if they are to become part of us.

Unless we continue to reinforce our core value, those value will be of little significance to us, or anyone else. They guide us on a more spiritual path and ultimately becomes our legacy, when we’re no longer around.

  1. One of the saddest things I've ever witnessed happened in the workplace, where some people routinely compromised their moral values and integrity, even though they were no more certain about their fate than I was. Some people died a subtle kind of death from their memories alone.

We live and depend on our core values; so regardless of ones moral beliefs or lack of them, we have to face ourselves at the end of the day.

    1. Thanks Tim. Yes your last sentence sums up your response nicely.

We need our morals to be in tact if we are to face ourselves at the end of the day. I couldn't agree more.
