The world should be talking about suicide because it’s part of life, and to stop the stigma around its connotations. Suicide is part of our every day realities, it’s part of mental health that I talk about on my blog. Suicide happens, let’s talk about it.
Suicide
Suicide isn’t always shouty. Not everyone who chooses to end their life talks about it, so the signs aren’t always there. We may catch up with our understanding later on. Suicide isn’t always a cry for help, it depends on whether that person genuinely doesn’t want to live anymore and they’re not looking to be saved. When we hear stories in the media about suicide, people are usually clear on their reasons for wanting to end their lives.
Suicide shouldn’t be feared, it needs to be understood.
Troubled souls
Troubled souls is what suicide is about. In the ‘spirit realm’ suicide isn’t frowned upon. The spirit realm doesn’t judge. There are no questions asked. For those who lose a loved one to suicide, on the earth’s plane it can take weeks, months or years to heal; in the spirit realm, loved ones can heal as soon as they cross over.
The shock of losing a loved one to suicide
Getting over the shock of knowing a loved one has committed suicide can take weeks, months, sometimes years to work through, but that’s because we’re viewing their suicide through the earth plane and not through the spiritual realm. Being spiritual and understanding suicide and the process for your loved ones, helps.
Dedicated to all those touched by suicide. You are not alone.
