I really admire Anne Frank's strength to have written this as a young teenager in hiding, at a time when the world was under the **** cloud and she was constantly in fear of her life.
It does make you take a step back and look at what goes on in our own lives and helps us put that into context.
It takes an amazing strength of character to know what she was possibly going to have to face, yet live her life with lots of courage and positivity.

It's only when we begin to cope; the more we are able to see other people's suffering will we then start to empathise.
