We often think of emotions as fleeting – waves that come and go depending on the situation. But not all emotions are processed fully. Many remain buried in our subconscious, quietly shaping our thoughts, behaviours, and even our physical wellbeing.
Unresolved emotions are feelings we've buried, haven't expressed or processed from experiences we've lived, when they first arose. They might be tied to past trauma, disappointments, or even everyday stressors we have simply brushed aside.
