In 2020, and with another year behind us, the world is struggling. We should be more selfless, think about and put others first and start to protect animals more. We should want to give back.

I'm doing better in 2020, because I am finally putting myself first.

Climate Change and Global Warming

We should also think about climate change and global warming. We should also think about how we can protect our planet, so making our lives better, to be more mindful. Think about the change you want to see for yourself and in the world and work on those changes. To learn to trust and for others to trust you.

To practice being more spiritual, to practice being patient; to show empathy, to use compassion and to be kind. To put ourselves in another person’s shoes, so we understand. To come from a place of tolerance, to love unconditionally and to stop being judgmental.

Putting priorities in order

Think about and put your priorities in order, think about how you live and think about what you can change to make yours and other people's lives better. It is important to look at lifestyle practices, to work on a healthier lifestyle.

Learning to self-care

Learn to self-care more. For some it’s putting on a face mask, eating popcorn whilst watching their favourite movie in their pjs, for others it’s a long soak in a hot bubble bath. But self-care isn’t just about pampering yourself, it’s about saying ‘no’ to things you don’t want to do without feeling guilty. I know this because I used to do it myself.

Learn to be respectful of each other, to be respectful of other people's opinions and for them to be respectful of yours.
