We each have a journey to take, but not all of us will take it. It is important to act, so that we can change our lives. It doesn't have to be anything big, it just has to be something.

Finding peace

Growing up without knowing about a disability I would later go on to discover, it was important I was able to find peace in myself, to live life in my own skin, to understand me and that it what I have achieved. It is important we make our personal connections.

Difficult to forget the trauma and my experiences, those are here to stay, my accomplishments can’t bury those. But despite those, I am enormously proud of what I have achieved, achievements I never thought I would see in my lifetime, it’s not how that was initially planned, or meant to go.

Steering our own course

Over the years, I have had to steer my own course, and its outcomes. There are certainly things we can change for ourselves. As we get to live our lives, the universe provides lessons for us all, but it is important to seek those lessons out.

  1. The CP Diary, for the past 12 years, has fed and nurtured the truly hungry, people starving for truth and mindfulness.

Indeed, Happy Birthday, and thank you.

    1. Awe thanks Tim. When you say: 'The CP Diary, for the past 12 years, has fed and nurtured the truly hungry, people starving for truth and mindfulness' - I am hoping others also see what you see.

Truthfully, I am so glad Tim, thank you... you've made my day, month and year, truly. It's a milestone for me for sure; given the numerous hurdles I've had to clamber over.

It's a milestone I thought would never happen. Thank you for being a part of that. That's something I will continue to cherish.

    1. Thank you... it's a gift for me to be able to write in this way.

My blog is part of a belief system that can change people's lives for people who choose to read my blogs. It's a 'lifestyle choice.'
