Peanut Butter Balls

'Adapted from Kidspot Kitchen'

Ingredients:

1 cup Almond Meal

3 tbs Smooth Peanut Butter

2 tbs Rice Syrup

1 Cup Shredded Coconut

Method:

A simple recipe just mix all the ingredients in a bowl and shape into balls

Roll the shaped balls into the extra coconut and place on a baking tray

  1. Yum indeed. I used to make something similar with added protein powder and dipped in dark chocolate. You couldn't eat too many but it was fun trying!
