  1. Yes, that is the one thing that has always been missing, other than taking care of everyone else but myself. Recent events have pointed out that my needs don't mean anything to others around me, just their own.

I was made to feel guilty about taking care of my own needs growing up, and now it's something that I need to get over. I'm getting to the age where I have to take care of my own needs if I want to be able to enjoy my time.

They don't care about what happens to me, so why should I give up everything for them? This is a prime example of the troubles with the world. Nothing changes if nothing changes. We have to be the change.

    1. Thanks Randy. Yes, we have to be the change. The reality is that without the change, life can't change. The UK has already made decisions to make its life poorer unless you're rich, then you're okay.

But and this all starts with the politicians they have to be the change so that people like us can live better lives. Perhaps that's the point Randy, when you can't change others, we have to change 'us.'

I hope The CP Diary shows readers, individual change can be achieved, even with the external influences.
