  1. Indeed there is no 'I' in team, as any team should collectively be better in all respects than the smartest member and be able to make better decisions than any one individual.

    Tell that to the UK team negotiating our trade agreement with the EU.

    1. Thanks. Yes, I think your example is spot on. I think if more of us understood how the 'universe' works, we would be more mindful of our behaviour and would work together more.

      There are lots of lessons that we need to learn as your example shows, but to learn those we must start working without the ego.

      Whilst we continue to work independently and with the ego, decisions will be taken that will not be in our best interests and our lives will never work out.
