Ilana Estelle is a mental health and wellbeing advocate who combines educational insight with her personal experience of living with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities.
She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.
In addition to writing for The CP Diary, her work has appeared in healthy lifestyle magazines.

Indeed there is no 'I' in team, as any team should collectively be better in all respects than the smartest member and be able to make better decisions than any one individual.

Thanks. Yes, I think your example is spot on. I think if more of us understood how the 'universe' works, we would be more mindful of our behaviour and would work together more.
There are lots of lessons that we need to learn as your example shows, but to learn those we must start working without the ego.
Whilst we continue to work independently and with the ego, decisions will be taken that will not be in our best interests and our lives will never work out.
