Ilana Estelle is a mental health and wellbeing advocate who combines educational insight with her personal experience of living with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities.
She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.
In addition to writing for The CP Diary, her work has appeared in healthy lifestyle magazines.

Bad character seems to be an irresistible characteristic these days, like people everywhere are drinking the wrong water; probably too absorbed to see it in themselves.
So I openly express my appreciation for people with good character; everyone else has to be my friend in another life.

Respect is something that we all know about, but not something we will all have, but either way it's through our characters that we show respect. I agree with this quote. So true.

I personally believe you have to earn respect. I have like many other people lived amongst other people who expected to have respect. Respect begets respect. It must be earned.

Obtaining knowledge in itself has little purpose, unless it's used appropriately and with that comes responsibility.
To me, respect brings character not the other way around. I have met many characters in my life who don't deserve my respect.
