It is said that effective action comes from quiet reflection. We learn by experiences and from our mistakes.
So unless we question ourselves about what our experiences mean and think about them, we won’t make any changes. Self-reflection, as your blogs often show, enable us to move from just experiencing, to understanding.

What I find sad is that it's not difficult to do, but instead we would rather blame than look inwards at ourselves and see how we can make things better.
There isn't a day go by and given my own life that I use reflection to help me access my own thoughts.

Honestly, without it I wouldn't be able to write.
I like to self-reflect when this tool I call my mind, is still and all noise is muted.
That is when I focus my attention on what I've done and plan to do, who I am and who I am not. There is no end to this process.

You are right, there is no end to this process, because each day brings new challenges, we must find a way through, then the process starts again.
