Food for thought:

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”

CARL ROGERS

Acceptance doesn't mean we stop growing. It means understanding ourselves without judgement and giving ourselves the space to move forward.

When you take the journey, you learn that when you stop fighting against who you are, change can happen more naturally. We grow not because we're trying to become someone else, but because we've finally made peace with ourselves.

So, perhaps that's the paradox here: acceptance isn't the end of change. It's where change has a chance to begin.
