She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.
In addition to writing for The CP Diary, her work has appeared in healthy lifestyle magazines.

Yes, life is complicated and people are suffering from internal anguish because of it. And the toll on the ego leads to more complications, especially if you buy whatever people are selling.
The good news is that we make the wrong choices to get to the right places sometimes.
You certainly can't argue with that quote. In my experience we are experts at unnecessarily complicating our own lives.
