She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.
In addition to writing for The CP Diary, her work has appeared in healthy lifestyle magazines.

Yes that would be the wise idea, but so many aren't that smart and really don't care because they get to live in their big mansions!
It doesn't work very well considering some countries are trying to protect the environment, while others are working so hard at destroying it. They get away with it because they can and people must not feel like they can say much about it.
We're definitely at the tipping point, where things could go either way, which people don't seem to want to believe. Just as long as they have everything they want, they don't worry about the future!
There are times when I weep for humanity and others when I wonder if the human race is worth saving! We'll just have to wait and see what happens.
Thanks Randy. Yes I think the human race can be quite selfish! We tend not to think about the bigger picture, too busy thinking about ourselves, to care about our futures.
It's not to say we can't, we just have to take time to think about other people and the environment, whilst we're looking after ourselves. We matter, but the world matters more, because without the world being left in tact, there is no us.
Such a simple quote that is ignored by individuals and governments alike. The recent agreement on climate change is a great step in the right direction, but until the U.S and China act responsibly, instead paying political lip service, then I am afraid it may very well soon be too late to do anything about it.

I think it's highly unlikely to expect significant environmental changes, as long as profit remains the main principle that governs our way of life. Man is more concerned about his financial comfort than the health of the planet or the human race for that matter.
Our environment will be compromised until we engage in substantive conversations about greed, fairness and fiscal morality.
