A moral warning about passivity:

Arendt's quote reminds us that when harmful ideas stand alongside good ones, they can spread more easily by appealing to emotions like fear or anger. This is often what we see in politics and across the world today, where truth and fairness don’t win on their own – they need people willing to speak up and to challenge.

It is up to the wider population to decide whether they stay passive or take a stand to change it. For good to prevail, we should be taking a stand.
