She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.
In addition to writing for The CP Diary, her work has appeared in healthy lifestyle magazines.

We must listen to those in their chosen field who do know, they know for a reason. A certain few are adding to the dangers by thinking they know and acting on what they think they know and it turns out to be wrong.
Something like a pandemic needs expert advice, foolhardy when governments think they know more than the experts and fail to act on their advice.
