  1. My mind is definitely in it's own place and something that I have been battling with since I was a small child.

It has been such a nightmare between heaven and hell, where I couldn't always tell the difference. My world has been so small for such a long time and now that I can see how truly big it can be, we're dealing with a pandemic that limits us.

I am hoping and praying that I will be able to get out there and have a chance to enjoy it.

    1. Thanks Randy. Yes, before Covid-19 managing mental health seemed easier. Covid-19 has brought out a lot more of our issues around mental health and I understand the nightmare scenario you describe.

Although my circumstances were slightly different to yours, it is only in these circumstances you realise or connect with your emotional health and your struggles.

I hope it won't be years when our circumstances change.
