She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.
In addition to writing for The CP Diary, her work has appeared in healthy lifestyle magazines.

I like this analogy of waves which I interpret as life's challenges.
I assert that life's challenges are unpredictable and inevitable, we can't stop the waves; but we can certainly surf within the confines our circumstance's and ride those waves with confidence, determination and faith.
It's like fate, things will happen that we can't stop but we can learn to deal with them.
