Ilana Estelle is a mental health and wellbeing advocate who combines educational insight with her personal experience of living with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities.
She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.

Although we have evolved beyond caveman ethics, it's still important to hear us roar, to serve and preserve humanity.
The world is screaming right now (turbulence) to serve the greater good. Our social contract between the rulers and the masses historically have experienced turbulence.

The reason is self-serving politicians, who care more about themselves, than they do the people they serve. The lesson we can take from that is that we must be more selfless and less self-absorbed and selfish.
According to the Guardian and I quote: “Britain is governed by a self-involved clique that rewards group membership above competence and self-confidence above expertise.” (Source: theguardian.com)
Although I cannot speak for other countries, it's looking like the world is looking rather similar. It's time to pull back, whilst we still can.
