Food for thought:

“I just don't know how...to think less. If you know how, then teach me...”

AISHAH MADADIY

I ruminate. I go over the things I struggle to understand, the things I am still trying to come to know – and, perhaps hardest of all, the things I am trying to accept. But life doesn’t always give us that kind of certainty. Some answers arrive slowly, some answers should be there but may never arrive at all, only what you find out for yourself and acceptance may then take even longer.

Aishah Madadiy's quote reminds us that thinking less isn’t about quietening the mind completely, but recognising that we don’t have to understand everything today. Some questions can remain unanswered. Some things can simply be what they are. And maybe and that perhaps in time, we can learn to make peace with not knowing at all.
